Prior to shipping, local pickup or local delivery, buyers may cancel an order for any reason. Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.

Once shipping has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for packaging and shipping the returned item, including both the outbound shipping costs and the costs to return the order to the seller. If you decide to cancel the order at the time of local pickup or local delivery, do not take the item with you or accept the curbside delivery.

Orders originating outside of the continental United States cannot be cancelled once shipping has been initiated.
